I currently live in Carmarthenshire with my wife and two children.

I started my career as an apprentice in the NHS and have since worked in wide range of frontline and leadership roles within social care and support services ranging from everything like criminal justice substance misuse services through to young peoples supported accommodation and everything in between.

I am passionate about supporting people to lead flourishing and fulfilled lives. I also take a keen interest in developing psychologically and trauma informed services for both the people who deliver the services and those who access them.

I am currently the Assistant Director of Support for Pobl, a housing association. In addition to my role with Llais I am also a board for Taff Housing Association.

I am excited to have the opportunity to support the development of this brand new organisation as it seeks to improve health and social care for everyone in Wales.
