We are holding an interactive online session for people and organisations across Wales who want to discuss the health and social care systems we want. 

This session will provide an overview of our new all Wales project: the health and social care we want, as well as providing you with the tools to have meaningful conversations to inform the project and help people to 'have their say'. 

These include an introduction to our National Survey, and a chance to take a look at our Self-Facilitation Guide so that you can continue these conversations with the people you know, work with and support everyday. There will also be opportunity to connect with a member of our engagement team to share your experiences, thoughts and ideas about health and social care in Wales and the changes you would like to see.
