Our Strategic Equality Plan 2024-2028

We want to raise your voice so that your voice is heard and acted upon to improve your lived experience of services and to make outcomes fair in Wales, now and in the future. We will do this by working together with health and social care boards and bodies, the voluntary sector and community groups.

Our plan describes the objectives that we have set for the next 4 years, to help Llais to become a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive organisation. We are committed to challenging inequity, discrimination, and prejudice, and to fully playing our part in making Wales an anti-racist nation.
