Winter Care Report - Neath Port Talbot and Swansea

The Winter Care Conversation event, hosted by Llais Neath Port Talbot and Swansea, brought local people, unpaid carers, community groups, and health and social care staff together to talk about their real experiences of getting care during winter. 

People shared what has been difficult, as well as examples of care that worked well. 

What we learned from these conversations will help us speak up on people’s behalf and work with partners to improve winter care across the region.
