Llais response to the Emergency and Acute Care Policy Framework

We welcome the opportunity to contribute to the development of Wales' new Emergency and Acute Care Policy Framework. 

Our response draws on the experiences, views and priorities people have shared with us about accessing urgent and emergency care services. We highlight the importance of timely access to care, clear communication, coordinated services and ensuring people's voices are at the heart of future improvements across the health and care system in Wales.
