Our Annual Report & Accounts 2024-2025

NEWS 17 November 2025

This week we published our Annual Report and Accounts for 2024–2025.

In 2024-2025 we continued to grow, in reach, influence, and purpose. We heard from, and supported, more than 40,000 people across Wales, which is a third more than the previous year. That’s over 40,000 stories, concerns, ideas, and experiences that have helped shape how services respond to what matters most to people.

We’ve supported nearly 2,000 formal complaints, made over 550 representations to decision-makers, and taken part in over 400 formal meetings and networks. Our work has helped improve access, communication, and care across a wide range of services, from maternity and emergency departments to dentistry and mental health.

None of this happens without the people behind it. So, thank you to our staff and volunteers, your work makes Llais what it is.

We delivered over 90% of the objectives in our Annual Plan, and where things took longer, we’ve learned and adapted for this year. We’ve strengthened our governance, improved our systems, and built new frameworks for engagement, equity, and insight, all of which have meant impact for the people and communities across Wales.

We know we need to hear more from underrepresented voices, especially in social care, and we know our impact needs to be clearer and better communicated.  This year we will improve in these areas and continue to build relationships across Wales so we can hear from more people.
