Meet Criw Llais - our new brand aimed at children and young people
Launching at the 2026 Urdd Eisteddfod, Criw Llais was developed to encourage more children and young people to have their say on the future of health and care services.
The brand will also be used to raise awareness of how Llais can help children and young people speak up about their concerns over NHS care they have received.
We are excited to introduce Criw Llais - a new way for children and young people across Wales to share their views and be heard.
What is Criw Llais?
Criw Llais is all about making sure young people have a say in health and social care - whether that’s hospitals, doctors, or other support services.
We want to hear from you about:
- What is working well
- What could be better
- Any worries or concerns you have
Why did we create it?
We spoke to young people aged 11-17 from across Wales. They told us they want:
- To be listened to
- To feel understood
- To have a real say in decisions
Criw Llais was created to make that happen.
What does it look like?
Criw Llais is bright, bold, and easy to spot. It includes:
- A fun new look with strong colours
- Friendly characters called Llais Legends
- Clear, simple language
You’ll also see that it links to Llais, so you know it’s a trusted organisation.
How can you get involved?
We’ll be sharing Criw Llais at events like the Urdd Eisteddfod 2026, on social media, and in schools and communities.
You can:
- Share your thoughts about health and care
- Speak up if something hasn’t gone well
- Help make services better for other young people
Our promise to you
We will:
- Listen carefully to what you say
- Take your views seriously
- Help you feel confident to speak up
