Caring for Change

The aim of the event is to showcase and highlight some of the great work and solutions that have been forged in partnerships with families across their communities, with focus on key areas where social care, health and community service design and development can be both improved and further integrated. 

Llais will have an information stall at the event to both share information and listening to peoples views and experiences.
