We have local teams across Wales who are here to listen, support and help people have their voices heard.

Whether you want to share your experience of health or social care services, need advice about a concern, or would like support to make a complaint, your local Llais team can help.

Our local teams also work closely with communities, host events and engagement activities, and share what they hear with the organisations responsible for planning and delivering services. They regularly report on the experiences and issues that matter most to people in their area.
