Report What We Heard Builth Wells Engagement

REPORT 7 March 2024

During the month of November 2023, Llais Powys Region carried out a period of focused engagement in Builth Wells & Llanwrtyd Wells area.  We attended 13 different venues and spoke to people about their views and experiences of receiving health and care services.

Some people shared positive experiences, whilst others told us about the challenges they face in accessing services.

Following this period of engagement, we held a joint workshop with Powys Teaching Health Board and Powys County Council when we highlighted the main themes of what people told us. In response, they discussed areas of work which are already underway and we identified some actions which will be taken forward.

Our report summarises what we heard and the responses we received from the Health Board and County Council.
