Share your experience of urgent and emergency care at The Grange University Hospital
The experiences and views we hear will help us identify what is working well, where improvements are needed, and ensure that people's voices continue to influence decisions about healthcare services in Gwent.
Earlier this year, we shared what people across Gwent had been telling us about their experiences of urgent and emergency care, including long waits, difficulties getting updates, uncertainty about what would happen next, and the impact this can have on patients and families.
People have continued to contact us with their experiences of care at The Grange University Hospital. These stories remain invaluable in helping us raise concerns, highlight good practice and ensure people's voices are heard by decision-makers.
This survey will build on that feedback by helping us gather experiences in a more structured way, providing a broader picture of what is working well and where improvements may still be needed.
Lisa Charles, Regional Director for Llais Gwent, said:
"People have been sharing their experiences of urgent and emergency care with us for many months, and that feedback continues to play an important role in our work.
This survey gives people another way to have their say and helps us build a clearer picture of what it's really like to access care at The Grange today. Whether your experience was positive or challenging, we'd encourage you to take part. The more we hear from people, the stronger the evidence we can provide to support improvements to urgent and emergency care services in Gwent."

The findings will complement the feedback people have already shared with us and help inform our ongoing discussions with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board about improvements to urgent and emergency care services.
