Llais submits evidence to Senedd Health and Social Care Committee
Llais has submitted written evidence to the Senedd Health and Social Care Committee to help inform its priorities for the Seventh Senedd. Drawing on what people across Wales tell us about their experiences of health and social care, our submission highlights the importance of joined-up services, clear accountability, meaningful public involvement and ensuring that improvements are reflected in people's day-to-day experiences.
The evidence also encourages the Committee to consider how people experience care across organisational boundaries, the challenges many face in navigating services, and the need to ensure the voices of children, young people, carers and communities remain central to scrutiny and decision-making.
At Llais, we believe people's experiences provide valuable insight into what is working well and where change is needed. Through engagement, advocacy and complaints support, we will continue to share what matters most to people to help shape better health and social care services across Wales.
