Help shape what Llais focuses on next

People across Wales are being invited to help shape the future direction of Llais by taking part in a short survey.

As the independent body that gives people a stronger voice in health and social care, we are developing our next organisational strategy and want to hear what matters most to the people and communities we serve.

The survey asks one simple but important question: "What would make you feel that your voice made a difference?"

Responses will help inform how we work over the coming years, including how we work with people and communities, and make sure their views and experiences help drive improvements in health and social care services.

Every day, people share their stories with us, from praise for services that work well to concerns about care, and ideas about how things could be improved. Those insights help us represent what matters to communities and influence decision-makers across Wales.

As we look ahead, we want to better understand what meaningful involvement looks like from the public's perspective.

Does making a difference mean seeing action taken? Receiving feedback on what happened next? Having more opportunities to influence decisions? Or something else entirely?

The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and is open to everyone living in Wales.
